Enjoy the resort-like setting & beautiful views from the patio, and the nearby pools & jacuzzis! Covered parking, pool & laundry steps away; close to town. No smoking. One dog allowed, 25 lbs or less; no cats. The space Comfortable, quiet, and close to everything! Great for remote work, travel professionals, vacationers, transition/relocation, and family visits. Gated community is very safe, with security guards. $150 monthly electricity allowance. Well-equipped kitchen, linens and basic starter supplies in bathroom; parking, laundry, pools & jacuzzis all just steps away! Putting green, gazebo area, and tennis/pickle ball courts. Upgraded and freshened throughout recently. My condo is pet-friendly, and I am happy to welcome your dog upon approval - one pet, up to 25 pounds, no cats. A monthly minimum of 28 days is required (per HOA), with extensions through Airbnb. Price varies by season. Palm Springs is beautiful and active year-round! The pool is steps away, and the famous Aerial Tramway is right across the street, for a beautiful trip up the San Jacinto Mountains to enjoy a cool day, a meal at the Pines Cafe and back home to the condo. Other things to note All of my guests have been very happy and given 5-star ratings on this site and others:) Keypad for entry to condo, gate code and remotes for entry to complex, and exact directions provided through Airbnb message upon reservation and payment confirmation. This a no smoking unit. Evidence of smoking results in deep cleaning charges, charged through Airbnb. Electricity allowance is $150/month, which is rarely needed, even in the summer. Any overage is charged through Airbnb. I do love pets, but any change in pet number or damages will result in ending of contract and charges through Airbnb for cleaning, any HOA fees, and no refund for breaking of rules. One dog 25 lbs or less per HOA rules; no cats.
