Yes-- We sleep 54 people -- (not 16-- "16" is just an AirBnB programming limit but we allow groups of 10, 20, 30, 40...all the way up to 54!) There are 15 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms. Our fixed position beds hold up to 44 people assuming two people per King bed and two people per Queen bed. Sleeping 54 includes use of 6 extra spare single/twin mattress beds and 1 sleeper sofa along with 2-3 recliners. Other things to note This home--and our three others--are among the most unique on the planet! This one has an actual escape room game, laser maze challenge, huge waterslide, and so much more! - Separate rental agreement will be sent upon rental. Refundable security deposit collected prior to arrival and returned a few days after checkout. Guests will sign a liability waiver prior to checkin. Pool with spa heat is $95/day, and spa heat alone is $45/day if the pool is not being heated. Heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay and starts 24 hours before check-in to ensure the pool has time to warm up.
