Unlike other Disney area homes, this isn't just a "themed" community house with some murals or wallpaper; It's actually a 10 acre privately gated MANSION w/ fully immersive experiences in EVERY room. There is SO MUCH to do that most of our guests tell us they end up spending their entire vacation at the house and don't go anywhere else! There's an entire laser maze arena, TWO custom-built & very challenging escape room games, a giant scrabble wall.. a carnival midway with hammer strike, whack-a-mole, skeeball, arm wrestling machine, & more...Outdoors are huge inflatables like human whack-a-mole and "soccer billiards" plus a 15' tall soccer darts... We even have the world's first BILLIARD swimming pool w/ super fast waterslide, water cannon, hot tub, lazy river...and more!! Yes-- We sleep 54 people -- (not 16-- "16" is just an AirBnB programming limit but we allow groups of 10, 20, 30, 40...all the way up to 54!) There are 15 bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms. Our fixed position beds hold up to 44 people assuming two people per King bed and two people per Queen bed. Sleeping 54 includes use of 6 extra spare single/twin mattress beds and 1 sleeper sofa along with 2-3 recliners. Weddings are allowed but there's an event fee for gatherings of more than 55 people (events must take place outdoors on the 10 acres)
