You will not be disappointed with this Newly Renovated Home with Garage Parking only 1 block to the beach. This home was completely renovated in 2019 with a new kitchen, bathrooms, dual pane windows, etc. This is not your average 9 month college rental turned weekly in the summer. Tower 17 Properties provides year round vacation rental services in Newport Beach to respectable renters seeking a beach getaway. The space Spacious (3) Bedroom (3) Bathroom Home on first Level. You have (1) Garage Parking Spot, Outdoor Patio, BBQ, Outdoor Shower, etc Home - Rooms #1 (1) King Bed with en-suite bathroom Rooms #2 (1) Queen Bed with en-suite bathroom Rooms #3 (2) Twin Beds (bathroom in the hallway outside the door) Living Room (1) Pull Out Couch size Full There is a SMART TV with Cable in EVERY ROOM Garage - Shared Laundry (Not coin operated) Bikes, Boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, sand toys are there fore your use. Home features, Cable, Internet, gas fireplace, all new appliances, and all linens are provided at no additional cost. Honestly, we have everything you need but if you think I forgot something, just ask! Guest access Garage, anywhere in the home (other than my cleaning cabinet) and the front patio. Other things to note IMPORTANT HOME NOTES: - Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit. - Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management. - Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process. - Guests arriving or departing before or after designated arrival and departure times without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management will be charged a $299 fee and applicable taxes. Guests departing after 1pm will be charged for the additional nightly rate as advertised. If an unapproved late departure impacts the arrival of an incoming guest, the departing reservation is subject to penalties and fines including but not limited to the refund of the incoming reservation. - Must be 25+ Years Old to Rent in the City of Newport Beach. -Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc. -City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am. -No Patio Access after 10pm - Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house. -Crib/Pack n' Play & High Chair must be requested prior to your stay. -This is the LOWER unit in a two-unit building, the 2 bedroom over the garage is also for rent. Each unit will receive 1 parking space in the 2 car garage. - Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected. -Laundry facility located in the garage is shared.
