Deer View Haven is a 2-bedroom 2 bath house that can sleep up to 6. PET FRIENDLY! It is nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina at 3,000-ft elevation. 360 degrees spectacular mountain views, year-round. It is secluded; there are neighbors but not close to the house. Wildlife thrives on the property, including deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, fox, and cows right up the hill. The space Watch sunsets over the mountain range from a comfortable rocking chair on the front covered porch. Enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise over the mountain on a 6' by 16' deck. Be on the lookout for the vast different types of wildlife that roam this 1.7 acre property as well as the surrounding land. A small walking track goes around the property for a casual stroll. The house has all the features one would want including central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans, and fully equipped kitchen. This house is about 1150 sq. ft. The 2 bedrooms are at each end of the house, both include a double bed. There is a daybed and trundle bed in the living room (trundle bed is best used for a smaller adult or child). The house features many original, rare and interesting antiques. The house does have a Bose surround stereo system as well as a 55" television watching one of over 200 DVD movie titles. We have fiber-optic internet at a speed of 200mb. It is very fast and extremely reliable. Cell phone service is also strong for good reception. We do have a Steel Wood-Burning Fire Pit if you would like to bring your own wood, matches, smore ingredients, etc. for cozy nights. There is a fold-up picnic table and benches that you can move anywhere, it is all lightweight. Please feel free to use the barbequer. Bring your favorite food to cook on it. Guest access You will have full access of the home. Other things to note We are a PET FRIENDLY property. We have a large and extra-large crate in the bathroom closet that you would need to assemble, if you need to use it. We ask that you clean it and then disassemble and put it back in the closet. There is also a 5' tall fenced yard. Please clean up after your dogs. If you bring your cat, we do have a litter box but you will need to supply a litter and scoop. Please clean the litter box before you leave
