Our 2BR/1Bath apartment with private entrance, Casa 18th Place, is the perfect location for your Chicago adventure. Pilsen is our home and we take pride in sharing our home and neighborhood with you. Walk to some of Chicago's best restaurants in Pilsen such as 5 Rabanitos, Frida Room, Canton Regio, Pochos, La Mejikana, D’Nuez and many more. Grab a coffee at ‘ml’ Cafecito, and take a short train ride to downtown Chicago to explore the Big City. We look forward to hosting you in our lovely home and neighborhood! Casa 18th Place, offers a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Our guests can enjoy: -Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen -In-unit front-load washer and dryer for added convenience -Complimentary WiFi and cable TV -Granite countertops and ample closet space -Central heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort -A private entrance with keyless entry pad -A shared front patio for relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood -Fresh towels and linens are provided between every booking. -A Nest thermostat and Nest Protect for added safety and security - Thermostat and furnace are smart devices. Heat will not go higher than 74 and lower than 67 as it is a small unit and this is efficient for the unit. -All of these amenities are designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to provide you with all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. *As our valued guest, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules during your stay: We are not a vacation rental company and reside upstairs. Please be respectable of our home. -Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and fines. -Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, out of respect for our neighbors and other guests. -Smoking of any kind is NOT PERMITTED on the premises and will bring additional fees if any smell or sign of smoking on property. (Smell, Butts of any kind). -The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 4 people. -We are not responsible for your valuables left behind or if your luggage is dropped off. -Please don’t slam the front gate. It is very loud. We have guests in the apartment next to you and neighbors. -Please limit your in and outs after 10:00 PM. -Please note that we have 24-hour surveillance at the front door and private entrance of the Airbnb apartment. -Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible. -The backyard is off-limits to guests. -We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Parking at our property is made easy with our complimentary parking permits. The street does require a permit to park, which we provide at no additional cost. Please display the permit on the dashboard of your vehicle daily, and also note that public parking is available on the adjacent streets. We recommend reading all street signs carefully, as street cleaning is on the fourth Thursday and Friday of the month from April through November. It is important to remember that designated handicap parking spaces are only for residents and parking by a fire hydrant is prohibited. We advise guests to follow parking instructions and regulations to avoid any parking violation or fines throughout the city. We are "NOT RESPONSIBLE" if a ticket is received. Guest access During your stay you have access to the entire apartment with a full kitchen, Living Room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bathroom, in unit washer and dryer, a private entrance with keyless entry pad for easy access in and out. You will also have access to a front shared patio space where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful Chicago weather. You do not have access to the backyard. Thank you! Other things to note Please be certain to read street parking signs throughout the area. Signs include handicap parking only, street cleaning, permit parking, etc. If you are cooking please be certain that you turn the stove off, turn knobs off. It is vital for your safety and ours. Your apartment is located on the lower level, garden unit. The house is BROWN brick with black fence. Go down the stairs that has a black railing with a black mailbox next to gate to access your apartment. It is the first door on your left. Please do not slam the front gate when entering and exiting the home, as a courtesy to us, other guests, and our neighbors. The gate is very loud when slammed. Thank you!
