This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet. The carriage house is listed separately and the backyard is shared with those guests. You will enter the house using the rear door next to the grill at the back of the main house; this is the only thing you should lock in coming and going from the house. We don't provide a set of keys for the front door. You will see a digital door lock on the entry door. Your access code will be the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation (). To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door. We are in town and available if you need us, just a text or call away. This homey neighborhood, with shady trees and quaint architectur One of the great things about Tulsa is access! You are within walking distance to The EXPO center or to TU – take in a football game without worrying about parking! In addition, you can get to any part of Tulsa within 20 minutes – so convenient! Don’t forget to explore the great retro shops in the area! Upon arrival, please pull into the driveway and use the parking space behind the house. It is between the table and the firepit area (I will warn you the driveway is a tight squeeze). You may also opt to park on the street if you prefer. Please do not block the carriage house garage. If we have guests staying in the carriage house, they would be blocked in.
