A serene, waterfront vacation home with a grand back deck featuring stainless steel appliances, A/C, 65” flat screen TV w/Roku, fast WiFi, outdoor propane fire-table & seating, fully-stocked kitchen, lots of sleeping space, and a spacious deck for entertaining, sipping coffee, or watching sunsets over the lake. Basement with ping pong. Retreat to sounds of wildlife, breathtaking views. A special place to gather. Neighboring rental properties available to sleep up to 30 guests. The space A "Li'l Love Inn" has everything you need!! Living space is all on one floor (with outside stairs or walk around leading to a basement that features washer/dryer, and entertaining space with ping pong table). 3 bedrooms/sleeping areas and extra beds in basement- 1.) queen and 2.) 2 x Full 3.) full bed in front, enclosed sun porch, 4.) 3 twin beds in the basement. Living Room includes 2 recliners, leather couch, 65” Flat screen TV and Roku fire stick, DVD player with DVDs available. Kitchen has island with 6 barstools, new stainless steel dishwasher and oven/stove range, a full-sized refrigerator, coffee/bar area (Keurig and regular coffee maker), dining room table that seats up to 8, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. Linens provided. 1 bathroom with shower and brand new tankless hot water heater. Half bath in basement. Walk-in closet accessible to all. Large deck has propane fire table and 4 captain chairs. Also, out in lawn area is a fire pit with park benches perfect for s'mores, ghost stories, and great memories! We do allow dogs! An additional fee of $40 per dog will be collected before your check in. Please note: The lake is not swimmable and is not available for recreational use. We no longer have access to kayak or to use the lake for recreational use. We have many excellent options for swimming and kayaking nearby, so please let us know and we can help you make arrangements. Guest access Access to fire pits, hammocks for reading, golfing galore, great biking, downhill skiing in the winter, mountain biking in the summer. Mt. Pleasant Ski Resort can be seen from our back deck (4 min. drive). Easy access to nearby Edinboro Lake (7 miles)/Edinboro University, Allegheny College, Lake Erie. Lots of antique shopping around. Craft brewery, bowling alley. Other things to note Fantastic Wi-Fi. Sunporch in the front and basement for extra sleeping space. This property can sleep up to 8, however, it is best with 2-6 guests who are more particularly about sleeping conditions. Basement sleeping requires guests to access through stairs outside of home (perfect for teens/young adults!)
