Every consideration for comfort provided beach gear for 4 w/ cart to get all to the beach. Outdoor porch has dining for 6. Walk to bars, rest, park & beach. Premise has heated pools & tennis court. The space Everything in this 2/2 villa on Carlin Park is new. But the best is that it is small building with only 8 villas, 4 on first floor and 4 on second floor. Each unit has it own entrance and private yard. Our villa is self check in so it is very safe and private. We purchased this property in May 2018 and spent four month renovating and purchasing new furniture. The place is spacious and gorgeous. 1900 Ft to the beach and everything you could need is available all small appliances toaster kuerig and drip coffee makers, blender, iron, two hairdryers. Paper goods to get you started (toilet paper, paper towels, new sponge, cotton balls qtips) Shampoo, conditioner and soap in both showers. Beach gear including 4 chairs, 2 coolers, 2 beach umbrellas, and beach towels as wells as a beach cart to carry it all. I also have a pack n play and a baby/toddler chair but you need to reserve it because I share it between the 5 units in this area. Also we offer significant discounts for long term rentals in off season (May to Nov) please contact us and we will work with you. We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. Guest access The villa is in Bella Vista on the park. You have access to the beautiful park and beach just steps away. The resort including the beautiful pools,tiki bar, tennis courts, raquetball courts, and bocce court. This property does not allow parking of pickup trucks, motorcycles or trailers. If you come with these you will need to park them off the property. Other things to note You are close to everything restaurants, entertainment, and beaches. You will be provided a to do list with many recommendations when you reserve with us. It will be included in the binder in the unit along with a map of the area. Please get the travel insurance. It is well worth it. Especially during Hurricane Season!!! Also we do not allow dogs it isn't because we don't like them. It is because my husband is highly allergic and immune compromised. So I please ask you to respect our requirement and do not bring an animal. Check in is at 4:00 pm if you would like to arrive early please let us know ahead of time and if we can accomodate you the fee is $20 per hour and must be paid before arrival.
