With a park style charcoal grill, outdoor picnic tables and umbrellas, you can enjoy the Park and Canadian Skyline scenery while grilling your favorite foods. 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can accommodate 12 guests total (3 queen beds, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds). The bathroom comes with a blow dryer, hand soap, bath towels one per guest, hand towels, wash cloth and toilet paper. The Niagara Falls city and the Park are going through a large renovation projects and there is some construction around as well as some boarded houses in many areas. Three boarded houses on the other side of street are boarded, not occupied, and there was no danger to thousand tourists walking by every day. We purchased those three houses recently and they are awaiting to be rehabbed into beautiful vacation homes. There is nearby construction related to home and park renovations in the neighborhood. There is the possibility of daytime noise that may take place during your stay.
