You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, unless pre-approved. This completely remodeled compact studio has everything you need for a great Austin getaway! Walkable to coffee shops, food trucks, and other amenities, as well as only a block from a bus stop that can have you downtown in minutes. This is a full time professionally run vacation rental with owners available for any needs that may arise. The space We follow CDC and WHO recommendations for cleaning, including sanitizing surfaces, sheets, towels, etc. One of the top things guests always say about our place is that it's "Sparkling clean" (this can be seen near the top of the listing). This private, separate studio apartment has a queen size bed with brand new Tuft & Needle mattress, kitchenette, and bathroom with full size tub and sink, and separate toilet. It is approximately 250 sq ft and has similar amenities to a hotel room. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, plates, and mugs. There is ample counter space to prepare simple meals and the sink in the bathroom can be used to wash up (no kitchen sink, no oven/stove). Toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap are provided. The queen size Tuft & Needle mattress is designed to be ultra comfortable and adaptable to all bodies so that it provides a restful night's sleep to all. Crisp white linens are provided. The 32 inch Smart TV allows you to easily access Netflix, Hulu, etc. and tv through G00gle TV. Strong, fast, and reliable WiFi through G00gle Fiber is also included. Near the TV is a small seating/dining area with two comfortable chairs and table. There's on site laundry, one off street parking place included, and a new comfortable heating and cooling air conditioning unit. The bathroom is divided into shower/tub and sink area, and a separate area with the toilet (see pictures.) The shower is full size and has all new white subway tile and new tub, plenty of storage in the sink cabinet, and all towels, hand towels, and wash cloths are provided. We are located in a very quiet, safe residential neighborhood that is perfect for walking and exploring and has easy access to bus stops and amenities. However, we care about our neighbors and our guests, and we welcome only guests who are willing to be respectful of our neighbors as well, with no parties or loud music. This is a cozy studio perfect for quiet guests looking for a relaxing home base for an Austin getaway or business trip.
