Once the house is booked the owner allow guests to stay for duration of their stay in the entire house without owner's interference. Per community pool/gym rule, short term guests are not allowed to use the pool or gym. The pool/gym are only available for longterm guests. Other things to note Guests will have absolutely nothing that will impact their stay. For longterm guests only 30-90 days or more are allowed to the community pool/gym. Per community pool/gym are only accessible for longterm guests. In addition, for future guests, this is a standard base model home with standard normal household amenities in a quiet, safe neighborhood. My home provides the basic essentials and accommodations. It is very spacious. It has a spacious common area. My house has a total of 4 large screen televisions. They 4 large screen televisions two are on the first and two are on the second floor. There's a 4 seated outdoor dining table and a barbecue grill. My housekeeper cleans/set up the house prior/ after of checking in/out. If anything that guests feel are not to their standard concerning cleaning please notify me after your arrival and I will be more than happy to have my housekeeper go and clean/set up the house. Once again, to my future guests, my house is a standard base model home with all the necessary essentials. My house is in great condition and it is well maintained.
