Our beautiful, 740 sq. ft apartment ready for a cozy country getaway. The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and watch for the deer. In the country, but 2 miles off the freeway, Manger 6 is 15 minutes from historic Ashtabula Harbor; 11 minutes from Downtown Conneaut; 25 minutes from the Spire; and 25 minutes from all of the Grand River region wineries and Geneva-on-the-lake. Please note that our room rate includes the required 5% county bed tax. The space This is an apartment that shares the driveway with our main house. You have your own entrance, which has a pass-coded door. There is a private patio that is canopied in the summer, where you can sit and watch for the deer who regularly walk across the back yard. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the Apartment and back patio. They may also stroll the Three-acre yard. Other things to note We are dog friendly for small to medium dogs. We require your furbaby be crated if you leave the house without him/her. We have a crate available on request. No cats, please.
