You have your own entrance, which has a pass-coded door. There is a private patio that is canopied in the summer, where you can sit and watch for the deer who regularly walk across the back yard. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the house. Smoking of marijuana is not allowed on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the Apartment and back patio. They may also stroll the Three-acre yard. Other things to note We are dog friendly for small to medium dogs. We require your furbaby be crated if you leave the house without him/her. We have a crate available on request. No cats, please.
