This is a two bedroom suite, with King and Queen sized beds, a full bathroom (with tub), in-suite laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, a smart TV, a covered outdoor space, as well as a private patio. Light, bright, modern and simple! Stays so nice and cool in the summer months, and is super cozy through the winter. The space This is self-contained, legal, 2 bedroom walk-out basement suite. My family and I live in the main part of the house, so you will, at times, most likely hear some overhead pitter patters. I also have a friendly dog, Izzy, who may greet you at the front of the house when you arrive. Guest access The suite is self contained. The entrance is at the rear of the house. You will be provided with a door code on, or just before, your check-in date. The backyard is available for your use, including the suite's own patio, outdoor furniture, and electric BBQ.
