Please, no smoking or vaping in the condo or the lanai, Hallway, or building. If the cleaning crew smells cigarette smoke you will be charged $300 security deposit for a deep cleaning fee. Guest access *Enjoy your own private free covered parking space. * Self-check-in The White Sands Village requires a short term lease for all rentals. Which is a simple lease agreement. This will be emailed to you a few weeks before check-in date. Guests need to sign the lease and email back the signature pages. Once all the paperwork is in place, this will register you as a guest at the White Sands Village and generate a parking tag. Other things to note Two week minimum rentals except for January, February, and March. Are monthly rental rentals. You can bring a small dog up to 25 pounds. You need permission first before booking. You will need to sign a dog waiver and dog agreement before arrival, plus $100 a week nonrefundable pet fee. Please don’t show up with your dog without permission first otherwise you’ll be asked to leave with no refund. Sorry this is a very strict policy. NO CATS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT? If you're an ice cream lover you have to try the orange octopus ice cream shop located on Siesta Key the ice cream is delicious! You can rent kayaks here on siesta key or kayak through the Mangroves on Lido Key, so much fun. Paddleboard or snorkel. Rent bicycles, many people ride along the shoreline of the beach where at the sand is compact. Shopping at Saint Armand Circle is a great experience also located in Sarasota over the bridge towards Bird key. There's this brand new gigantic futuristic mall name: Mall at university town center Location: 140 University Town Center Drive Sarasota Florida 34243 The area is a thrift shop Mecca have fun! Live theaters Visit Marie Selby Gardens if your a nature lover, this place has magnificent trees, pathways and rare orchids. Heavenly! Visit jungle gardens if you love animals, birds and Pretty places with flamingos. If you plan to bring a pet you must inquire first, approval is necessary before you book.
