Welcome to Loft. The perfect location for outdoor activities in nearby Flagstaff, Sedona and The Grand Canyon 4 guests max. Extra $25 per guest per night for more than 2 guests . Just 30 minutes drive down the beautiful, scenic 89A to Sedona and 1 hour to the G.C. Bright & comfy guest house in the Ponderosa pine forest. The Loft has an open floor plan. Spacious entry, living, dining and kitchen area. The bedroom (no door) has a queen size bed and a queen extra mattress. No Pets. The space The loft covers the entire second floor of house (around 700 square feet). It has its own fenced yard and private side entry. It has just been entirely renovated in a very modern style. Skylights (which are equipped with electric blinds) and color scheme makes the place very bright. The television comes with Roku. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas range, sink, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, trash-recycle. You will find coffee and tea at your disposal. The bathroom has a single vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom is located at the end of the loft with a big picture window. It has a queen size bed (latex and organic cotton mattress) and a small desk. Bedding and linens are included and always freshly cleaned. You will find a wide array of guide books and other resources to discover the area. Guest access The loft is entirely independent from the house. It is your home away from home. Electronic door code so no key needed. Other things to note We ask you to respect the place as if it was yours. We devoted time and effort to make it what it is now and would love to enjoy it as well, when time comes. Your hosts, Rob and Aude have been in Flagstaff for 15 years. They met while both traveling through the United States, discovering the beauty of the national parks for half year. They lived in England, traveled Europe, lived in Florida for a winter, drove to Alaska for a summer and finally settled down in one of the most beautiful place in the country, Flagstaff. They love exploring, hiking, swimming (yes we have water) and sharing adventures with others. Rob is a retired teacher and Aude owns her architectural practice where she designs homes for an eclectic clientele.
