Full kitchen as well as full laundry. Unit is a non smoking unit. The space Fresh and Cozy is on gated community which is located in just about the center of Tri-county area which makes traveling to various areas only a few minutes away. Community has great pool, clubhouse, playground area and awesome green space. Guest access Guests will have access to community pool and tennis courts during their stay. Other things to note Gate has and attendant from 7 a.m. till 11 p.m.. From 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. Guest will need to use gate card, which is in condo, to entered community.
