So many amenities to enjoy in this community setting The space We think it's SO important to have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and serving with everything. For big breakfasts or baking - we've got it covered. The living and kitchen are open to each for cooking, socializing and just hanging out. There's a filter coffee maker and tea kettle with a supply of complimentary coffee and tea, sugar and creamers. Sit outside on one of the many decks and enjoy the songs of birds and your morning cup of coffee. It's sooooo peaceful and quiet. If it's work you must do - There are so many comfortable areas to set up shop and get after it. We even have a desk/workstation in the garage! AND, don't forget to enjoy our new bar and hangout area in the garage-->hangout, play darts, watch the game, and just chill. There is a twin-size fold-a-way bed, a twin-size mattress and a twin-size air mattress stored in the master closet along with plenty of bedding. Towels (beach, bath, and kitchen) and linens (all bedding) can be found in all closets. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Washer and dryer and detergent supplies are also available. Our cabin is perfect for a 30 plus day stay, whether you're here for some 'wintering' or a spring/summer escape. Guest access This is a gated community and names of all drivers entering the neighborhood are required in order to issue a pass. All guests must be reported to Host and must stop and check in at the guard gate. Other things to note You'll have to provide your name and ID verification at the guard gate. I'll make arrangements for your car pass before your stay, please notify me of any additional cars and please make sure your reservation reflects the number of people that will be staying at the property. Note that the community pool and gym are still closed to guests as of June 2021. The front door has a numeric key lock which requires a passcode to enter. The code will be provided prior to your arrival. For the security of our guests and the property, there is an exterior camera near the front entry and an exterior camera covering the overhead garage door on a deck post. 10 pm - 8 am is quiet time out of respect for our neighbors. This neighborhood is super peaceful and we like it that way! Please respect the privacy of the neighbors, and any loud music or parties will result in your reservation being cancelled and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
