The space This house has a fully stocked kitchen, great living area with three sets of French doors overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets. Large downstairs area for ping pong, darts or just relaxing by the pool and taking in the beauty of the coast. The first level has 3 bedrooms. The Queen bedroom has an attached full bath with shower. The double room and King room are attached with a Jack and Jill bathroom - each bedroom has its own attached toilet and sink and there is a shower in between. The second level has 2 bedrooms and a great room that has 2 twin beds and 1 double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, but shared with the great room. Guest access There is a stairway leading to the living area and a service elevator for bags and groceries. Other things to note This house is located between two homes that do not rent, and so we ask that there are no loud parties and music and noise shut down by midnight. We have a strict policy as far as parties, pets, and number of guests. Also, the house in front is not part of our property and we ask that you respect their privacy and please do not trespass.
