Weekend Escape Bella Vista Ride the Back 40 Trails just .25 miles away, enjoy golfing, lakes, and village amenities, then return to your cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with stunning lake views. Relax by the fireplace, soak in the mountain air, or gather around the fire pit. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, king and queen bedrooms, and a spacious living area. The space The second level is undergoing a make over. ***Please note, there is no access to the second level of the home, or the lake. Both listed bedrooms and bathrooms are located on upper lever. One door is locked as it is for supplies. Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, magic bullet, crock pots, large gathering serving accessories, and more. Master bedroom has king-size bed and patio door with deck access and a wall of windows with lake views. Master bath has separate shower/tub. 'soaking' tub only, jets do not work. Additional bedroom upstairs has queen-size bed and study desk. Living area has recliner couch, wood burning fireplace, and flat screen tv. Outdoors: Lounge chairs and fire pit in the front walkway. (please always be in attendance when using firepit as we are in the wooded mountains) The driveway is Steep but short.
