We are unable to host children in this home. Only one dog allowed per stay under 30 pounds. The City of Venice permits only 3 rentals shorter than 30 days a year. Please inquire for availability. Other things to note Unfortunately, we are not excepting a dog at this time due to Covid 19 We are unable to host children in this home. Small dog under 30 pounds allowed. Guest is responsible for any damages by the animal.
