He is very quiet but may bark a friendly hello when you first arrive. - Restricted Areas:** To give our children a private play area, our main backyard is reserved for family use and is not available to guests. - Laundry: There is no washer or dryer in the unit. A laundromat is located conveniently nearby for your needs. - Security: For your safety and ours, exterior security cameras are located at the front and side of the property.
