Featuring a walk out deck with stunning views of the Kalamazoo River boat traffic, wildlife and sunsets, River`s Bend is the perfect place for a quaint and tranquil getaway and yet just a short one and half miles from everything downtown Saugatuck has to offer. Two of its four bedrooms are located upstairs and the other two are on the lower level while the homes ample sized kitchen/dining room and spacious family room sits on the main floor with vaulted ceilings providing plenty of natural light and majestic views of the trees and river. River`s Bend also features a private staircase that leads to the river`s edge where you are greeted by a fire pit and boat dock; this unique space is the perfect place to enjoy the vibe of the Kalamazoo River or to enjoy an evening bonfire. Guest access Arrival instructions will be sent out two days prior to arrival. Other things to note *This property has a steep drive and during winter months can be difficult to access unless vehicles have four wheel drive.
