GORGEOUS Ranch Beachhouse! 100 Steps to beach!!

My place is close to beach waterfront It is 100 steps to the private beach. Very safe for children! I have rented this year round home for 10 years thru VRBO, # 627083, excellent reviews always. All linens are supplied, and beds are all made. there is an additional shower in the garage with hot water, all enclosed which is great coming back from the beach. The town of Niantic is 5 minutes away with a great mile paved path a long the ocean. There are many quaint restaurants and 2 breweries! The space Our beautiful one floor, four bedroom house can easy accomodate two couples and 4 children. Many grandparents have stayed with children here. We are 25 minutes to Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods casino. Newport is an hour a way. Mystic Sea Aquarium, Seaport, and downtown Mystic is 25 minutes away filled with fun things to do and great restaurants! Our neighborhood is very quiet, with flat roads to walk or ride your bike. There is a private driveway for your cars to park. Guest access Our property has all new, comfortable, clean outdoor furniture on the deck with a propane firepit. There is also a wood firepit in the yard to make smores at night and relax after the beach!
