This is a monthly rental. The space Cozy Family home! Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of built in closet storage space for clothes & personal items. 2 TV/living room spaces to hang with the family. Nice open kitchen for making meals with high countertop for barstools to pull up to it. Fun backyard with a great view and a spool that can be heated. Piped in bbq for any grilling desires. Other things to note ** Monthly rentals pay actual electric + gas and water usage above $400. - this is so that we do not have to regulate your use of the Spool. California energy costs are among the highest in the US. Depending on how long you heat the pool it can become very expensive. The spool is cleaned weekly by homeowner vendor. Spool will turn off promptly at 10:45PM - No loud noise after 10 PM. We have an amazing community of neighbors and we would like to continue to keep it quiet during evening hours. Please no loud activity in the backyard after 10 PM. Please take everything inside by 10PM. Please be aware that any talking in backyard echoes. -No speakers in backyard of any kind. Plug in or cordless. -No pets allowed on property. If this rule is broken an additional fee of up to $100 per night will be charged to your account. **If you have pets that you want to stay on-site, please contact host to discuss a possible pet fee. -No smoking or vaping in the house or on property. If extra cleaning is to be done due to smoking, an additional fee of up to $550 will be charged to your account. -No parties or events larger than 8 guests that stay on property.
