You’ll love our home because of the location, the outdoor space perfect for entertaining, the cozy furnishings and decor, the high end appliances, the privacy. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. This is our home and it’s cared for as such. It’s warm and inviting with eclectic furnishings collected over the years from our travels. There are high ceilings which make the space feel expansive. You’ll be able to park in our 3 car driveway and there is street parking across the street however we ask that you do not park in front of our neighbors homes. We are close to bus stations and ‘BART’ our underground subway. Uber and Lyft are convenient ways to travel if you do not have a car. There's no parking inside the garage or in front of neighbors homes. -Please return the property key in the lockbox upon departure to avoid the $20.00 replacement fee. -Please report the actual number of guests (including children) who will be staying in the property. A surcharge of $100.00/ person will be applied for any unreported guests.
