LOCATION! LOCATION! Enjoy a bigger, more private lot in the resort campground with one bedroom, one full bath, kitchen and living room. Large deck, firepit and short walk to trails and outdoor pool/clubhouse. ROOM ENOUGH FOR TWO - 25 minutes south of Mackinaw City and 15 minutes north of Petoskey. Close to Indian River. Two minutes to small town of Alanson, bike path, laundromat, bakery, Marathon gas, grocery, and restaurants. The space This is a cozy one-bedroom with a kitchen, full bath, and living room with nice big windows. Full-size bed with new linens and pillows. Fully-equipped kitchen has microwave, utensils, dishes, cups and glasses, pots and pans, bowls, paper products, and more. A large deck gives you extra room on warm, sunny days. Free parking on-site. An 80s interior that's in super shape! I've been told it looks way better on the inside and nicer than the photos. We spring deep-clean each spring and I'm persnickity keeping it clean and hair-free throughout the season. Feel free to use the barbeque and fire pit. Firewood for sale on site. It is not rented in winter but has forced air heat for chillier days. The refrigerator is stocked with staples like butter, bagels or bread, and ice. Ground coffee, coffee grinder, tea, and teapot. Spectrum Cable TV and WIFI Guest access The place is all yours and parking is free. Please use driveway, and do not park in the road. Only two cars to this spot and both must be parked in driveway. Once you book, more information will be available for you to enter the unit. You have access to the pool (until Labor Day) and showers/bathroom at the office/clubhouse. I just ask that you don’t enter the home dripping wet from the pool. Their bathroom facilities are nice and big for changing and showering if you choose. Other things to note The stove is gas and we will turn on the propane for you as well as the water heater. I will light the pilots so all you have to do is turn on the stove. On chilly days I will turn on the heat and ask that you turn it down before you leave.
