Our vision in designing our homes is to incorporate luxuries & comforts that create lifelong, memorable, experiences for our guests. Indulge in the feeling of comfort, warmth and heartfelt, quality time: Our open space mini Great Room is the perfect hub for gathering together in front of the Pellet Stove to share heart warming experiences. During winter months, our pellet stove provides warmth and ambiance for beginning each day with a cup of coffee, or winding down the evening with a movie or family game night. Pamper yourself in our newly remodeled luxury bathroom: Melt into relaxation in our oversized soaking tub. We feature Mandala Moon Candle Company who's collection offers exquisite aromatherapy Candles, Bath Salts & Essential Oils for relaxation. Enjoy your luxury spa experience - Dim the lights, draw your bath, light a candle and be taken away into bliss. We hope you are comforted stepping out of the bath onto our heated floors. What a wonderful way to top off your day on chilly mornings or cool evenings! About our Bedrooms: Our three bedrooms include: High quality pillow top mattresses or pillow toppers as well as luxury linens, bedding and pillows for our Guests supreme comfort. The Master (King Bedroom) & Trundle Bedroom include black out shades and the Chapel (Queen bedroom) has built in blinds on one of the pairs of French doors and black out shades on the other two French doors. Furniture in all rooms is Vintage including the Master Bedroom's: Carved wood & gold gilded Bed frame originally purchased from Neiman Markus, the Antique Armoire and Dresser purchased from two bay area Antique Collectives. 90% of our furnishings including the Artwork are Traditional European in style which is our Family's preferred design style. Guest access You are welcome to explore our 9 acres along the way of your morning walks. There are plenty of spaces for rest, relaxation, meal gathering and entertainment situated on our property including: Tables for picnicking, chairs for lounging, outdoor barbecues and gazebos for enjoying a meal and our outdoor firepit to top off your perfect day. You will love our "Loomis Log Cabin": Tranquil Countryside Getaway along with it's lush landscape, bold rock outcroppings and fantastic central location! There are plenty of niche spaces for rest, relaxation, meal-gathering and entertainment including: Tables for picnicking, chairs for lounging, a hammock for napping, our outdoor barbecue and gazebos for enjoying a meal and our firepit to top-off your perfect day! You might even enjoy seeing/hearing neighboring farm animals such as cows, roosters, chickens, horses, barn cats, and a pot belly pig named "Osbert". Oh - Did I mention the Deer, wild turkey & ducks who visit us seasonally? Note: For your safety, please don't touch animals or reach behind fences or into cages. Other things to note For the convenience & added luxury of our Guests, "Specialty Kits" are available for purchase. Please let us know 72 hours prior to your arrival so all your needs are ready upon your arrival. Specialty Kits: 1) Fire Pit Kit: 6 Oak Fire Logs, Kindling & Fire Starters: $25.00/bundle. 2) Smores Kit: Smore's will be roasted on Fire Pit Above: $20.00 Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, Hershey's Chocolate Bars. 3) Barbecue Kit: Charcoal Briquettes & Starter Fluid are normally on site and are complimentary. If none are available upon arrival you can purchase from Raley's located 5 minutes away in Loomis. 4) Indoor Pellet Stove Kit: (1 Bag of Pellets lasts approx. 24 hrs.): $13.00/bag Note: We will provide a hopper full of pellets for your 1st fire. Message or call to purchase additional bags from us. Additional Details for Your Safety: 1) Please be respectful of our neighbors by driving (5 miles per hour) on Surette Lane and upon entering our gravel driveway. This insures safety for our Neighbors & Guests and keeps dust to a minimum. 2) Your safety is our top priority! Note: Walkways leading towards the Log Cabin are made of traditional, uneven brick. Please take caution & watch your step. 3) Regarding Service Animals: Although we love animals, we have spoken to the Airbnb Case Managers Team regarding our family member who is severely allergic. Thus, we are sad to say that we (cannot) allow Service Animals of any kind in our home. Our biggest concern is the health of our family and Guests. Thank you for understanding. Note: We are fully aware of the American Disability Act and their laws. 4) Private Events are a Possibility for Guests who book both the "Loomis Log Cabin" & "Farmhouse Bungalow" Tranquil Countryside Getaway listings. Note: Per Placer County Code, we can allow up to 50 people maximum. If you are interested in a special event, please inquire regarding the price of your special event prior to booking our two listings. Possible Event Examples: Photography sittings, small intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, corporate workshops and movie production. We are excited to work with you.
