Other things to note You are literally minutes away from shopping (Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, etc), grocery stores (HEB, Kroger, Aldi), and more restaurants than I can list (but Chick-fil-A and Whataburger always seem to be favorites. Perry's is a great steakhouse nearby, and Zanti's is an amazing Italian restaurant right around the corner). Emergency medical care and several veterinarians are extremely close by as well.
