Minimalist Style Home in Downtown JC - #2

This 350 Square foot minimalist-style apartment will be everything you need in a short term rental! Perfectly located just seconds off I-26, steps away from Downtown Johnson City, and just a short bike's ride to JC's new mountain bike park - Tannery Knobs. This property includes a huge front deck with chairs, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines. The space This cozy apartment-style property mixes the outdoors with the city. Being a modern take on a minimalist ideal, this space offers a look on how you can live with just the basics. It will offer everything you could ever need in a short-term rental. Please note that the kitchen is not a full-sized, large kitchen. We offer a conventional over / air fryer combo, a 2 burner electric stove to cook with, and a smaller fridge with a freezor as well. We also have left a fan in the home to circulate air and block out some of the road noise from the close interstate. Guest access Guests are welcome to use anything and everything provided on site. That includes our covered bike rack, national forest style charcoal grill, 24-7 coin / card operated Laundry Facility, dedicated parking spot, gas firepit out back (you may need a lighter to start), and hand sanitizer station! Other things to note The laundry facility is located just under the main apartments in the basement. It only costs a total of $3 dollars to both wash and dry your clothes, and you can pay with either coin or card! There will be a laundry key located on the shelf next to the door that you can use for access. You may also use the fire pit located on the opposite side of the property. It is gas powered and has a safety switch that you have to turn back on about every hour.
