This traditional 2 bedroom beach house is cozy and comfortable. Located in the desirable Pleasure Point Area. You can walk to the beach, surf the point or watch the sunset from the beautiful cliffs! Just 3 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! Experience Santa Cruz from this world renowned surf location and one of the most popular local surf spots! Our street is a popular street. There will be some car noise and people walking/ bicycling to the beach! The space The Beach house is small but cozy. Its full of sunshine with fresh sea air! Located in a friendly neighborhood just 3/4 of a mile to the ocean! It has a private yard with a sweet garden that provides privacy. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. The first bedroom sleeps two in a queen size Nova gel memory foam bed. The second bedroom Sleeps two in a full size tempurpedic memory foam bed. The couch also pulls out into a full size bed. There is one parking space on the left side of driveway and additional free parking on the street It’s overall a very sweet spot! I rely on positive feedback from my guests. Guest access You will have access to the 2 bedroom house, kitchen, living room, bathroom and yard plus 1 parking space on left side of driveway. The outside shed is private. There is an attached studio with a private yard that is also private. Please do not disturb the tenant. Other things to note 1. Noise Ordinance: Santa Cruz has a noise ordinance that states that between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am, no persons shall make, cause, suffer, or permit to be made any offensive noise, which is made within 100 feet of any building or place regularly used for sleeping purposes. Violations of this Ordinance may lead to expulsion from the Property and Guest will forfeit all fees paid. 2. Occupancy Ordinance: Per county code, maximum overnight occupancy of this vacation rental shall not exceed 6 persons (2 per bedroom + 2 additional not counting children under 12). Further, the maximum occupancy for temporary gatherings for celebrations between 8:00am and 10:00pm shall not exceed 16 people. Violations of either of these Ordinances may lead to expulsion from the Property and Guest will forfeit all fees paid. 3. Transient Guests: People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 4. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please do not take house towels outside. 5. Weather: No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather. 6. Liability: The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property or while using any of its facilities or provided amenities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest and guests of Guest are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property and provided amenities or others whom they invite to use the Property. Homeowner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to Guests or any other persons or their personal property. 7. Surveillance cameras: Surveillance cameras are monitoring the driveway and entrance to the property. This is to verify the number of guests entering the property. 8. Guests: All guests in your party must be accounted for in the reservation including pets. I will need full names of each guest. Four guests are included in the reservation and all remaining guests entering the property are charged at a rate of $25 regardless of over night stay or day use. Up to six guests are aloud to book the property. 9. If traveling with pets: All pets must be approved prior to your arrival. We need to know dog breed, age and if it’s house trained. - Clean up after your pets! -It is important that dogs are not left to bark. -Do not allow pets to climb on the furniture. This includes the couch and beds! If the couch covers and blankets have to be washed there will be an extra cleaning charge of $50. -Do not allow dogs to use the fuzzy blankets as it is hard to remove the dog hair for future guests. - There is a fenced section in the back of the house if dogs need to be left unattended. -Do not leave dogs unattended in the house.
