Mountain Farmhouse is located on a gated family estate of 250 acres surrounded by Pisgah National Forest. If privacy, convenience, a little slice of heaven is what you are looking for you’ve found it! The peaceful serenity of this home surrounded by mountains, ponds, pastures & private hiking trails. There is an abundance of wildlife including deer, turkey & birds along with the beauty of the horses grazing. You can enjoy one of the covered porches while you rock, swing on the porch swing. The space The amenities of the home will keep you more than comfortable too! The spacious home is like 2 homes in one, with even 2 kitchens. The main floor is ground level with no stairs to enter the home. On this main floor is a 1/2 bath, master suite & master bath, large kitchen, living room with real wood burning fireplace, & even a custom made farm table from a maple tree on the property. The 2nd story hosts a large living room with a ping pong table & game table. There are large vaulted ceilings in this room & also a full size kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths on this floor. Other things to note We are unable to accommodate any type of snow plow to the roads or driveway. This means that if there is an inclement storm in our area that could effect your reservation, it could be altered or refunded. Safety is the top priority during winter reservation months. When the homeowners occupy the home they do have indoor pets staying with them. They are not allowed on furnishings.
