Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, full kitchen and patio. Bring your jet skis and fishing poles we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are shared with the main house. Main house is not a rental. Non-smokers only. The space is not suitable for children or pets. This is a one bedroom guest house. It is the lower level of our riverfront vacation house. Perfect for traveling nurses, snow birds or couples who just want to get away to Colorado River. Parking will be in the driveway. You will have access to the boat dock to tie down your river toys during your stay. There is no laundry in the space, but arrangements can be made for use of the units in the garage for stays of longer than a week. We do not rent the top unit, but it is used often by us or our family and close friends. The main house has it's own patio, but anyone in the main house will use the lower level patio to access the boat dock. Keep this in mind if you plan to sleep during the day. Non-smokers only please. The space is not suitable for children. Not animal friendly, Host has allergies. The unit is below street level. It requires a pump to move waist water to the street level. This is why we prefer only two guests. Please do not invite extra people to the home during your stay. We pay a living wage to our housekeeper. The cleaning fee reflects this. It is a shared patio with the main house. You will have access to the dock, which is shared with the main house. We do to not rent the main house, but it is used by us or our family and close friends. Not suitable for children, pets, or more than two guests. You will receive the lock box code through this platform from the host on the day of check in. This is the lower level of our vacation home. We use the main house on a part-time basis. We may or may not be present. We are reachable by cell phone or text. Our handyman/ care taker lives locally. This is in the Holiday Shores area of Bullhead City. It is a nice area with great neighbors. Most of our neighbors live in the area full time and show pride in their homes. Bullhead City does have public transportation, but the nearest stop is a few blocks away. A personal vehicle is recommended especially in the hot summer months. This home is it's own self contained space, with it's own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, but is below our main house. You will be parking in the driveway and are required to use stairs to access the space. Security Camera disclosure This property has security cameras. They are activated only by movement. They are located on the exterior of the garage, facing the driveway, In the interior of the garage, facing the entrance to the main house from the garage. There is one facing the door of the main house and the entrance to this space, the Riverfront Guest house. There is a camera on the alarm control panel on the inside of the house, it is only activated to take a still photo of the person who disarms the alarm. Tampering with, disabling, blocking or destroying these cameras are grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation. The home is not suitable for more than two guest, children or pets. No smoking on the property.
