Boasting almost 2,500sqf of living space, you'll have all the room you'll need during your stay. LIVING SPACE: Surf and stream with free, high-speed Wi-Fi and a large 50” smart TV. For additional sleeping space, you'll have a queen hide-a-bed in the living room as well. Plenty of seating for everyone. SLEEPING: With two bedrooms, you'll have plenty of options. You'll have the option of a King bedroom or a bedroom 2 Queen beds, or the living room with a queen hide-a-bed. The queen bedroom has an additional seating area, as well as designated office space to use. BATHROOMS: 2 Full bathrooms for use during your stay. 1 with a huge walk in shower, and 1 with tub access. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with full-sized stove and refrigerator. Stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. A dining table is provided for you to enjoy as well. DINING: 2 dining areas available for multiple options. Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo during your stay. Other things to note WHAT’S PROVIDED: We provide a starter pack (typically 3-5 days) of the following products: paper products, including toilet paper and paper towels, soap and shampoo, as well as basic cleaning supplies. Once used, you will need to provide any additional yourself. LAUNDRY: There is no laundry available on site. ADDITIONAL FEES: Pet fee: $30 for pets. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed- must be under 30lbs No other types of animals allowed. Stays of over 2 weeks will require an additional $400 deposit for pets. Excessive Cleaning: If we find that pets have utilized the beds, there will be an additional cleaning fee charged. Extra cleaning: We can provide additional cleaning at your request.
