Cozy Renovated Cottage, Pet-Free Retreat

Our cottage is the perfect retreat, offering a peaceful escape in a true nature’s paradise. We are an animal‑free property due to the owners’ and their families’ severe allergies, making this a clean, allergen‑friendly stay for all guests. Just 5 minutes from all the best land and water activities, the cottage gives you quick access to everything Homosassa has to offer. You’ll love our convenient location making it easy to explore and enjoy your time on the river. The space Every room has been completely remodeled. We renovated the kitchen, all the floors, bathrooms and bedrooms. We have decorated to give you a relaxing feeling the moment you walk into our cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities and new appliances. Ready for anyone who loves to cook. First bedroom is over sized room with king bed, Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with full bathroom. Guest bathroom has tub and Shower. The dining table that seats 6 was handmade by my husband, (and now he has to built one for our home). The living room has sofa and chairs and a flat screen TV, with basic cable, internet/Wi-Fi available. There is a propane grill outside with a patio set for relaxing cookouts.
