Experience Horseshoe Lake and all the amenities it has to offer! The cabin is located just 5 minutes north of downtown Turtle Lake & St Croix Casino. Horseshoe Lake is one of the premier lakes in the area, fully recreational, lots of sport fish, & and is just under 400 acres. You will find Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, & Walleye fishing just outside the back door. There is a boat landing on the west side of the lake to launch your own boat. Also, we offer free use of a canoe and paddle boat. The space The deck is about a close to the water as you will find on lake property...offering fantastic views and wonderful sounds of nature. Relax on the water and take in all the sights & sounds. There is an 18 foot pontoon, with 40 HP Honda, available for rent at an additional fee. We do offer our pontoon for rent during the months of May-September. We only rent it out for your entire stay. Our prices reflect on how many nights you stay with us. Please see the rental prices below. 3 nights - $500 4 nights - $700 5 nights - $900 6 nights - $1,000 7 nights - $1000 (one free day) If you are staying longer than 7 nights, please let us know and we will let you know the rental fee. Property is licensed with Polk County #76844 Guest access The county does not allow access to the garage as it has what they consider hazardous materials & tools. Other things to note The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The bed across the hall has two twin beds. There is also a double size bed in the lower level plus twin bunk beds. All beds have linens, blanket, & pillows. There is bath towels (1 bath towel per guest), hand towels, & wash towels provided. We have one window air conditioning unit in the second bedroom. We also have multiple fans throughout the house to help circulate the air. We don't have WiFi at the house, but we do get good cell phone reception and we often use our hot spot frequently to access our laptop or to watch Netflix on the TV (Netflix not included in stay, but the TV does have access to sign into it). We also want our guests to know that we do have a raised fire stand with chimney. When using, please be sure smoke is not going into windows or through the house. The water is well water and has an iron smell to it, which is common to the area & this type of water source. We do have the water quality tested every year per our rental license and it has never failed. We do supply a water cooler for drinking water. ***Wisconsin license #49407
