Guests with a valid handicapped decal can receive complimentary parking at the public self – park garage, Midtown Garage, located across street. We cannot accept oversized vehicles (over 7 feet tall), trailers, RVs, or cars with roof-top carriers. Motorcycles are not permitted. Other things to note Smoking policy: No smoking inside, subject to $300 fine. Deposit required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. Minimum age for check-in: 21 years old with a valid government issued ID to present the front desk. Pet Policy: Due to concerns of allergies, noise, clean-up, potential damage to villas and the safety of others staying on property, Bluegreen does not permit owners or guests to bring their pets to managed resorts. This includes dogs, cats, birds and other animals. Service Animals, as defined by the ADA (opens in a new window), are permitted at all Bluegreen resorts.
