Things run at a slower pace in Marfa. This includes technology. Internet and cell phone service can be spotty. West Texas weather can be unpredictable. A lot of businesses are not open Sunday through Tuesday. If you are here in the beginning of the week or during a busy weekend, it's possible you might have a hard time getting into a restaurant. We suggest stopping by the local grocery store and getting yourself some snacks. -This is far West Texas. There are insects and critters out here. We have no control over Mother Nature. There is a possibility of insects getting into the apartment. During the monsoon months they can be more active. This is just part of living in the middle of nowhere.
