You’ll enjoy the privacy of a corner lot with a peaceful stream running right past your back porch. • Easy Access (Year-Round): No steep goat paths here! We are located very close to the main road on flat, well-maintained streets. It is the perfect setup for low-profile cars, motorcycles, or hikers arriving after dark. • Walkable Perks: Park the car and leave it. You are just a short walk away from Bear Waters Brewing and local favorite restaurants. • Note on Parking: To keep our cul-de-sac quiet and easy to maneuver, our neighborhood does not allow large trailers. We have plenty of room for standard vehicles and motorcycles! Other things to note The Layout & Sleeping Arrangements: Our cabin is designed to comfortably host families and groups across three levels: • Main Floor: Two private bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and one with a Full bed—sharing a central bathroom. • Master Loft: A private sanctuary upstairs with a Queen bed and its own full ensuite bathroom. • Lower Level: A bonus sleeping area with a Queen bed, located right next to the game room and bar. Outdoor Living & Amenities: • Front Deck: Features our propane grill and an outdoor dining area—the best spot for a BBQ with a mountain view. • Back Patio: A secluded retreat featuring our signature stone fireplace, ample seating, and a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs and kids to play safely. • Tech: Stay entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi and our 50-inch Smart TV featuring digital cable. House Reminders: • Pet Policy: We love hosting furry friends! There is a $200 pet fee for up to two dogs. • Fireplace & Grill: To keep the cabin ready for the next guest, we kindly ask that you clean out the grill and the outdoor fireplace after use.
