Home is block, built in the 1960's, completely remodeled and well kept for a nightly rental. Fully stocked kitchen, Internet, 2 TV's, walking access to state park, and short drive to many waterfront restaurants. NO PETS. The space 980 square-foot house, screened in back porch, Two docs on the Homosassa River canal, one block walking distance from Homosassa Springs State Park, kayaks included, manatees gather near the house in the cold winter months crystal clear water At the end of the canal stays 72° all year and great for swimming. We are in a deep water canal, you can keep your boat on our docs but you must go under the Fishbowl Drive bridge so if you have a hard top on your pontoon boat or a T top on your flats boat you cannot get under the bridge.
