Enjoy our lakefront, 4-season 4 bedroom, home with over 100' of lake frontage, including a dock for your boat(s). The lakeside deck provides spacious outdoor eating/sunning area. Great for families as large lawn leads to the private waterfront. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and necessary cook and dinnerware. Includes use of a charcoal grill, patio furniture, free high-speed internet access. Main floor: kitchen, dinette, family room, full bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunks, and twin over full bunk) Lower Level: Family room,TV (your own streaming or DVD/Blue ray) , full bathroom, bedroom, washer/dryer. All linens—fresh bedding and towels—are included. Paper products and soaps are not included Located right on the VAST trails. If you're gathering with family and friends, or if you're an outdoor sporting type—or even if you just want to get away from it all to sleep in, read, and gaze upon the stunning lake and occasional red fox, ducks, deer and moose, this is the place for you. Swim off the dock, sun yourself or bring your own boat and dock it right here. Trophy fishing abounds here too, so bring your rods. As for the land, our home is situated on over 2-acres and landscaping perfect for hanging out. But there's also incredible rambling and biking (and in winter, cross country skiing and snowmobiling) right out the front door. The roadways and views, with their mix for farmsteads and vast wilderness, are truly spectacular. There's golf at Newport Country Club, or drive 25 minutes to Jay Peak's resort, Orleans Country Club, or the Barton Country Club or into Quebec's gorgeous Eastern Townships or Montreal, which is only 1.5 hours away (Don't forget to bring your passport!). In wintertime, alpine skiing at Jay Peak is a mere 25 minutes away and Owl's Head and Stowe are in the vicinity. The VAST trails are right outside our door! Transport: Newport Center is located off the I-91. The best way to get here is to drive. If you are located at a considerable distance, or want the best use of your vacation days, it makes sense to fly into Montreal or Burlington and rent a car.
