The space This newly-renovated, cozy two-bedroom Cottage in El Sobrante can accommodate up to 3 guests comfortably. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a flat-screen TV, while you can often eat outside on the patio in our typically fine California weather. Two sunny bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two single (the second is a pull out) beds offer a relaxing sleep, and if your business follows you everywhere, there is also a laptop-friendly work space. The main bathroom has a large mirror and a high-end shower for your convenience. For those who plan to stay a longer period, there is also a washer and dryer available on site. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and private patio. Other things to note Please use the street parking area, if possible, right in front of the walkway to the Cottage, which will be behind the owners car that parks right in the front. Please always keep the wood gate closed when accessing the property.
