A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Camera's in public areas. The space The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and second Br has 1 Queen Bed an 1 twin x/l beds with large closest. Downstairs bedroom has Queen bed. The living room is near the French doors to the balcony. Full kitchen and Dining/TV room. Laundry room has washer and dryer. The Apt has new Bosche split pump AC/Heaters along with Central AC/Heat. Includes private 2000 sqft game room/Man Cave with half bath, 58 in TV and games. Guest access To access the building there is a door on the left with a lockbox on a tree near the door. You will get the code when you arrive. Go through the hall inside the building and the door is on the right. As you walk inside the Apt, the laundry room is to the left and there room for bikes and gear. Also has 2 sleds. The rooms are upstairs. The front lower is an office space and storage space is in the rear used by the Owner. Parking on street and across the street is free at public City lot or in the alley to the rear. Trash cans in back of building in alley. Other things to note Optional private Queen mattress and bedroom is downstairs. The balcony is available but for your safety, no leaning over the rails. Please clean after using the bathtub and careful not to overfill. Also, please clean up any drips inside the oven to avoid extra cleaning later. At this time, the 2000 sqft Game room and half bathroom is available but please clean up after use. Game room does have a pull out sofa bed. No parties or more than 8 in the game room unless by permission from owner. Pharmacy and small store, Red and White is next door. Across the street is the thrift store and a static railroad caboose on display. The Box Car Restaurant food and entertainment is 2 blocks. Reco's Mexican and more on Hwy 70. The Park is around the corner on Gulling St, with a pool, tennis courts and skate Park. Also Post Office and Sheriff's office across from Park. Hiking trail to go up Beckwourth peak is walking distance. Lake Davis is close by too.
