Best suited for a family of 5 or less The space Very likely the cleanest rental you will ever encounter. Included is everything you need and more. Wifi, Netflix, Central Air Conditioning, and dozens of local attractions nearby are just the beginning of the amenities included here. The condo is 700 square feet but has plenty of beds: with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full bed, 2 twin beds, & a pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. Only 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain ski resort! Bring your friends for a skiing and snowboarding trip! Pets are not allowed anywhere on property Guest access guests are free to use the private, gradual sandy beach that is shared with only the other 3 unit owners in the association. This is a small, quiet association and visitors should be kept to a minimum. Not a place for parties or events, please be respectful of the other community members! Sit back, relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere. guests are also allowed to dock 1 boat, 22' or less. There are two parking spots for your cars. BOAT TRAILERS MUST BE PARKED IN OUR DESIGNATED, OFF-SITE LOT (free of charge) because boat trailers are not allowed on the main property. The trailer parking is only 12 minutes away and the boat ramp is about 3 miles away.
