Wifi, Netflix, Central Air Conditioning, and dozens of local attractions nearby are just the beginning of the amenities included here. The condo is 700 square feet but has plenty of beds: with 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full bed, 2 twin beds, & a pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. Only 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain ski resort! Bring your friends for a skiing and snowboarding trip! Pets are not allowed anywhere on property guests are free to use the private, gradual sandy beach that is shared with only the other 3 unit owners in the association. This is a small, quiet association and visitors should be kept to a minimum. Not a place for parties or events, please be respectful of the other community members! Sit back, relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere. guests are also allowed to dock 1 boat, 22' or less. There are two parking spots for your cars. BOAT TRAILERS MUST BE PARKED IN OUR DESIGNATED, OFF-SITE LOT (free of charge) because boat trailers are not allowed on the main property. The trailer parking is only 12 minutes away and the boat ramp is about 3 miles away. Pets are not allowed anywhere on property I live an hour away but I'm always available by phone, text, or email to help with whatever! So much to do in the area! the heart of the lakes region!
