This adobe home belongs to the founding settler family since 1900's. Just 3 blocks from entrance to the Ft. Davis Natl. Historic Site. Easy walking to center of village/town. View of the Mountain and located on 1 acre site. Historic Adobe, unique 4 bedroom, not hallways. (NOTE: It is only a 20 minute drive to MARFA, and 25 minutes to ALPINE). The space There is a windmill on the property. Also, is a nice area in backyard with a Bar-B-Q grill smoker and area for preparation and use of "ONLY CHARCOAL * There is a very strict prohibition of open fires in Jeff Davis County. Also, there are two sofas in the home, could use as extra beds. A large Sony Bluetooth speaker is located underneath the stereo system, which an be used in/outdoors with your devices. Guest access .Once booked and full payment made, the information will be provided guest! The 1 acres yard allows for ample parking, as does the street areas around the home. Other things to note ONLY small Dog 25 lbs or UNDER.. & no more than two (2) dogs per family. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE/BEDs, SOFAs, ! Lots of open yard space and wonderful views to Ft. Davis Mountain, the blue skies with the rural setting is very enjoyable. The new sun room is a lovely large room. Only one block to the Grocery store, is a plus, as is the short walk to Ft. Davis National Historic Site. & great mountain trails.
