The kiddos will be thrilled with our thoughtful array of entertainment, from tetherball battles to peaceful moments in the hammock. There's foosball for some friendly competition, and an Xbox for the gamers in the family. But perhaps the best highlight is the built-in bunk beds that promise unforgettable sleepovers and dreams under the stars. For family gatherings or a quiet evening under the stars, our spacious deck is your go-to. It boasts a fire pit where stories come to life, and a BBQ grill that transforms every meal into a feast. It's a slice of mountain paradise where laughter echoes, and heartwarming moments are born. Green Valley Lake is at 7200 feet making it the highest mountain resort area in the forest, bringing lots of snow in winter and cooler temps in summer. The Get Lost Inn cabin is by far one of the most family friendly places on the mountain with tons of games and activities to keep the whole family busy with FUN FUN FUN! Bear Mountain 12.5 mi Guest have access to the entire house, other than a small cabinet in the bathroom and closet in the front room where we keep the cleaning supplies we use before and after each guest. We'll give you the code to open the keyless entry lick. We are always a text or phone call away in case you can't get on the WiFi for example... and if something isn't cleaned to your desire, our cleaning folks can be over lickety split! Green Valley Lake is a quiet family friendly neighborhood with lots of opportunity to disconnect from the hectic city life down the mountain. We love our neighbors and want to keep it that way. Please be respectful of their space and don't go sledding or hiking in their yards. :) The neighborhood is quiet and you can often hear crickets at night and the occasional coyote howling or owl hooting... Enjoy the mountains! But please remember to be quiet after 10:00 pm so our neighbors don't call the Airbnb hotline number about you! There is space for three vehicles in front of the cabin. You can walk to the general store, the fishing shop, and one restaurant. There is a trail that goes around the whole lake if you are up for some fun! Two-hour late check outs or early check ins may be available for $50, but it is dependent upon the cleaner's schedule and other reservations. Please let us know in advance if you are requesting this option. Don't forget that there is a fishing pass fee at the lake $25, but adults still need a CA fishing license. Note there are no pets allowed unless you pay a $100 pet fee per pet and can promise they do NOT go on any furniture or beds. Our future guests with allergies will thank you. No more than 6 people allowed, NO parties, and the guest booking MUST be present during the stay. Bring propane for the BBQ (may not be available during winter months due to heavy snow) Note we have two security cameras outside, pointed toward the street. Since we don't live at this location full time, this allows us to see the street to verify trashes are picked up and if the cleaning agency has cleaned for your stay, and also allows us to know if we need to hire a snow plow service in the winter. Please do NOT cover, alter, or turn off the security camera, or we will charge you $50 fee from your security deposit. Please note that we will charge your deposit if there is anything broken or missing, or if we need to pay for additional cleaning services out of the norm, like deep cleaning curtains/carpet, pet stains, vomit/blood, excessive amounts of garbage not fitting in the cans, etc... Please be respectful of our home so we don't have to charge you extra. We will simply take the cleaning company's invoice for extra services and charge it from the security deposit. Thank you kindly! We get BEARS AND RACCOONS! Make sure trash is tightly sealed in cans with the metal carabiners and no food left out overnight. We rent to immediate household members only.
