Secluded garden apartment nestled between two Victorians
Description
Secluded Garden Apartment nestled between 2 Great Victorian Homes. Very private and quiet, yet in the middle of it all. The large pool and patio were completely renovated less than a year ago. This is a friendly neighborhood with lots of trees. The space Downstairs you will find a large living room with a seating area, a writing desk, a dining room table and a well placed TV. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, a large pantry and a breakfast island. There is a half bath, a laundry closet and outside a private deck with a new gas grill. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom is a nice size, with a king bed, lots of natural daylight, and it has a remote-controlled fan, plus a daylight alarm clock (but we can interchange that for a regular alarm if you prefer). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk. This room can also be used as an office. It looks out on beautiful old Magnolia trees. All three rooms have ample closet-space. The electronic lock makes coming and going painless, and the nest thermostat makes keeping the place comfortable a breeze. Guest access You will have a private entrance to the apartment. A path to the right of the main house leads to your front door. The path and deck areas are completely fenced in, and entirely yours. The main house has a large pool. The main house also has a gated parking area that we can share with your car. But there is ample parking right in front of the house. Because we have an electric lock, you don’t have to pick up any keys to access the apartment. We will give you a code to get in. Other things to note There are several steps on the path to the apartment, so please be careful, especially if you were to arrive at night your first time.
