This beautiful house sets on three acres with a pool, a pond and a peninsula! This spacious home with its peaceful setting is perfect for the family that wants to relax by the pool, enjoy the outdoors, and have the space to bring the entire family with room for all! Just added in February ‘26…a nine hole frisbee golf course! The space Friends and family are welcome. Gatherings larger than 15 attendees must be approved prior to booking (additional cleaning fees may apply). You must be 35 or older to book. You are welcome to use the pool and spa. You have access to the lake and the peninsula. No motorized watercraft permitted on the lake (HOA policy). Responsible use of alcohol is expected (no parties per Airbnb policy). Please use the buddy system when on the lake or in the pool and spa. You are welcome to walk the property (our immediate 3 acres). Please do not walk around the lake as you will be on our neighbor's property if you do. We believe that you will enjoy the sunsets and the quiet evenings...we do! Thank you for checking out our property! Guest access You will be provided two keys and one garage door opener. Other things to note Pool towels are provided. If you want to heat the Spa please follow the 4 steps provided in the binder by the welcome letter in the kitchen. Hullabaloo (restaurant) is just 5 minutes North on FM 2154. Help yourselves to the coffee, the coffee press and the Coffee maker. There are extra coffee beans in the freezer. Laundry soap is near the washer and dryer in the hallway off the kitchen.
