My place is close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, nicely furnished, outdoor kitchen and fun loving people. Falling Waters is good for fun loving couples. 10 minutes to downtown Naples and 15 to Naples Beach. Wonderful heated Salt Water Pool, play tennis on clay basketball, shuffleboard or join the Bocce team. We have a clubhouse with Internet, Basic Cable TV, Library and lots of Social Events. The space My place is full stocked with spices, flour, sugar, Vinegars,mouth wash, bath soap, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, sewing kit. WORKING ON GETTING BIKE!!! Ice chest, sand chairs, beach bags, NICE beach towels even a cart to tote it all to the beach. Swim Noodles too. Falling Waters is a gated community that feels like a resort on a tropical island even though it’s 20 minutes from the Fort Myers Airport and a short hop (20 minutes) to Marco Island. Just about everything you would want is there. No garage, but access to pool toys and one bike. This is a gated community, a car pass will be applied to car window for easy access to the community.
