This home is not "crammed" into a typical Cul De Sac neighborhood, with neighbors spying on your every move, but back to its own forest -yet is still close to Downtown-It really is the best of both worlds! The home has recently been remodeled (Most flooring is new, freshly painted walls, along with new beds, bedding, sofas, dining table, etc. No old, "used" furniture leftovers from the owner's personal homes and discarded to their rental home.) This home was recently used to film a movie in due to its elegant decor. (The Director and his crew loved the home so much, they chose not to stay at the "Davenport Hotel" and chose to stay in the home while they filmed as well.) The home is located in one of Spokane's Newest, most Upscale neighborhoods. Newer sidewalks lead up to an 7-minute walk up the street with a massive jogging trail, 2 kids parks, and 2 tennis courts. While the front of the home has all the conveniences of a traditional neighborhood, (snow removal by the city in winter, no secluded, dirt roads to get stuck in) with easy access to stores and downtown, etc. The back of this beautiful home backs to its own Private Forest with more Conservation land behind it...all this and just minutes to Downtown. This home is frequently rented to Celebrities, Movie Executives, film crews, and musicians. (We can't release any names, but there is a very popular show about "Zombies" that filmed in Spokane ;-) **PLEASE NOTE: This is our more affordable, 6 Bedroom option of this 7 Bedroom home, for guests who want all the amenities of a luxury home, but do not need 7 bedrooms. The Luxury Master Suite is * NOT * included with this 6-bedroom option. If you choose this 6-bedroom option, the Luxury Suite is NOT rented out (it is currently being remodeled), the Suite is merely locked off during your stay. There *IS* a beautiful, Forest View Bedroom with a King-Sized Bed and another Bedroom with a King-Sized bed. ( If you want/need all 7 bedrooms with the Master Luxury Suite included, please contact us and we can let you know if it will be available for the dates of your requested stay.) PLEASE NOTE: Upper Deck (and BBQ Grill) is closed Nov. 1st - May 1st and is not maintained until late Spring. Deck may be closed earlier than Nov. 1st if there is an early snowfall in Spokane. Please Note: Our UPPER DECK is currently being Remodeled and is CLOSED OFF during the Winter (in between Guest Stays) and possibly into early Spring 2024. (Depending on the weather conditions for our Contractor to work on it.) The Patio is always open Other things to note There is plenty of room for extra Guests, there are 12 beds + 5 Sofas. Total 17 Guests in Beds. + 5 on Sofas = 22 sleeping areas in total. Please Note: *** The nightly rate includes *** 11 Guests *** only. - Registered Guests beyond the 17 guests that we provide beds for, included in the 12-bed/sofa count, are welcome to sleep on the sofas, bring air mattresses, sleeping bags, etc. This is a very popular option for Teams and Large Families. (Please note: We ONLY provide sheets for our beds, we do not provide sleeping bags, sheets, or bedding for the sofas, or Guest's air mattresses, etc. ) - We understand that some Hosts ask their Guests to remove the sheets from the beds before they check out, but we do not. - We are required by the City of Spokane to obtain guest names and names and ages of all minor guests upon registration. - As previously stated, there are several closets are cabinets that are locked off from guests' use. (None of the closed-off closets are in the guest rooms, those are all open.) We ask that guests do not attempt to "break into" any of the locked-off cabinets or doors. There is a min. $350 for any damage (chipped paint, broken locks, etc.) done while trying to break into these areas. -We ask guests to please not remove the TVs and/or plug or unplug any cords into the TVs. - The Deck is closed during winter and not "maintained". The BBQ is also not available during the winter months. (Nov-April) - There is a 4-night minimum stay during some holidays and events: Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Christmas, 3 Night Stay for: Memorial Day, PNQ, Gonzaga, Whitworth, and Eastern Graduations weekends. Lastly, we highly encourage guests to purchase Traveler's Insurance. We do *not* grant cancellations and/or issue refunds due to canceled events and/or sudden illness, pandemics, natural disasters that do not affect the home, flight cancellations and/or any travel-related issues that may occur. Also Cancelled Weddings, Reunions, Sports Tournaments or Camps, Graduations, etc.) Thank you
