Unit is walking distance to many other great restaurants, bars, shopping and historical landmarks The space This condo has newer everything while still maintaining the historic charm of the 1800's when it was built with original antique heart pine floors throughout with original moldings, doors, clawfoot tub etc. The space is fully furnished and is stocked with linens, towels, silverware, basic cookware. We try to include everything you could need for your new temporary home. Bedroom one has a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and double door closet with windows overlooking Washington St, this unit is cooled with a portable window air conditioner and heated with a recessed wall heater. Bedroom 2 is smaller with a twin bunk bed with underbed storage, single door closet and is cooled with a window air conditioner and heated with a recessed wall heater Bathroom has antique Victorian hex tile and an antique clawfoot tub with shower and pedestal sink living room has a single couch side tables and coffee table and a door style window, and a wall mounted 55 inch 4K flat screen smart tv with Roku. this space is cooled with a commercial grade evaporative cooler that blows cold air via water and high speed fan. The space is heated with a recessed wall heater. The kitchen has hardwood floors, concrete counters, new cabinets, all appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates etc + coffemaker with coffee + a new stack washer and dryer. The kitchen also has a large pantry and a finished storage area and a small eating area bar table with 4 bar height chairs. Iron and ironing board also available. the kitchen is cooled with a window air conditioner and heated with a recessed wall heater. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo, private entrance, and complete privacy, unless help is wanted. Other things to note We cannot facilitate late check out or early check in requests. there are no pets or animals permitted, no exceptions. Unit is on the third floor, up two flights of stairs, no elevator and is not handicapped accessible. PARKING - Please note that we do not have private or any reserved parking available for guests. We ask all of our guests to please take note and follow all posted parking rules which will overide any information on parking we provide here which is subject to change. There is a parking lot one block away, as well as lots of street parking. Parking directly in front of the building is free, with a 2 hour limit, M-F 8-5PM, street parking is M-F 8-5PM. All parking is free after 5PM weekdays and on weekends all day but may still have time limit restrictions. This unit does not have central air but does have heating and air conditioning, please see listing for full details on each room before booking There is a strict no smoking policy in our rooms and our building, this includes hallways, common areas, rooftop and out of windows. Anyone who smokes inside our property will be assessed a $250 smoking fee.
